You can schedule our concierge nursing services through our online intake form, by email, or by phone. Once your surgery date is confirmed, we recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 4–8 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly during peak periods.
While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on staffing availability, early scheduling allows us to fully prepare and provide the highest level of personalized recovery support.

We do not accept insurance, as we operate on a private-pay model focused on delivering highly personalized, concierge-level nursing care.
This approach allows us to provide uninterrupted, one-on-one support tailored to each client’s recovery needs, with greater flexibility, discretion, and attention to detail than traditional insurance-based care models.

The ideal duration of care varies based on your procedure, medical history, travel arrangements, and level of support available at home.
For many procedures—such as mommy makeovers, breast augmentation, or liposuction—clients often benefit from 48–72 hours of continuous post-operative nursing care.

Absolutely. Recovery is not linear, and your care should never feel rigid or time-bound.
If you need additional support beyond your initial booking, we will do our best to extend your care and continue providing concierge nursing services, subject to availability. Our priority is ensuring you feel safe, supported, and confident throughout every stage of your recovery.

Your safety is always our highest priority. Our nurses are highly trained to identify early signs of complications and respond quickly and appropriately.
If any concerns arise, we immediately communicate with your surgeon and, when necessary, activate local emergency services. Throughout the process, we remain by your side to provide continuous support and ensure a calm, coordinated transition of care.

Yes. Because we reserve dedicated nursing time and coordinate care in advance, we follow a notice-based cancellation policy.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be subject to a minimal fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to the scheduling commitments and resources already allocated to your care.
