Yes. Because we reserve dedicated nursing time and coordinate care in advance, we follow a notice-based cancellation policy.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may incur a minimal fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to the scheduling and resources already allocated.
